ABOUT ME
EMILY SALGADO
ADVERTISING, MARKETING, GRAPHIC DESIGN
Sam Houston State University graduate with a degree in Mass Communication. I concentrated my studies specifically in public relations and advertising. I have a background in graphic design, advertising/marketing, and am familiar with video editing software. Through my classwork I've proven to be a great team player eager to collaborate with a team to push creative ideas.
Working as a graphic artist in the student activities department at school exposed me to a fast-paced work environment. I have experience working with both print and digital designs. While working there I challenged myself to learn new programs as well. I have internship experience as well, I worked as an advertising intern for a non-profit organization, Rick Anthony Athletic Foundation.
More recently, I have done some freelance work through personal contacts, including work for small businesses, and wedding materials.
